the more i think about it.. the more excited i am to immerse myself into a culture and history that i'm quite frankly pretty ignorant of... i'm actually pretty embarrassed that i don't even know where to begin if i were to talk about the history of africa or its diverse culture... i was always more interested in what i saw on animal planet and lion king... yea, it's pretty sad how easily ignorant i can be about a continent that's so HUge...i want to get out of my comfy cul-de-sac, cable television, and fast food restaurants and get some perspective... see what's life like on teh other side of the atlantic.
3 more days left til i'm gone?.. weird...
